Call-Control

Call control and order control combine order taking, production and organization into a seamless, efficient overall system for modern delivery restaurants.

Call-Control was developed to centrally and clearly manage the telephone ordering process for delivery restaurants, enabling multiple restaurants to operate simultaneously. The system serves as a central receiving point for incoming orders, while Order-Control, the associated point-of-sale system in the restaurants, ensures legally compliant processing, signing, and production. Both systems work closely together, creating a seamless workflow from order placement to final invoice generation.

A key feature of Call-Control is its unified database. Menus, product information, delivery areas, opening hours, coupons, and customer data are all available in up-to-date formats across all locations. This allows call center employees to take orders for different branches without having to switch between different systems. Changes to products or prices are managed centrally and are immediately available in all instances.

In day-to-day operations, Call-Control supports a wide range of typical delivery-service restaurant scenarios. These include the automatic recognition of incoming phone numbers, the direct opening of matching customer profiles, and address validation based on the defined delivery area. Orders are fully transferred to Order-Control, where they are automatically signed and distributed to the appropriate production stations. The network printer infrastructure allows kitchen order slips to be sent directly to stations such as the pizza station, bar, or kitchen.

For flexible pricing models, special product features are available, such as custom pizza logic, automatic additions above a certain order value, and freely definable price entries. Delivery fees can also be individually configured across zones, street segments, or times of day. The voucher system supports both classic discounts and dynamic voucher values ​​or time-limited promotions.

Another component is the integrated communication module. Call control enables SMS messaging directly from the system, for example, for delivery notifications or callback requests. Click2Call allows customers or drivers to be called with a single mouse click, and the call history provides a transparent overview of all incoming and outgoing calls.

Administrative tasks were also taken into account. Order-Control automatically generates monthly and annual receipts in accordance with legal requirements, and tax-relevant reports can be accessed directly via the tax advisor account. The driver billing system clearly summarizes all trips and payment methods, reducing the effort involved in cash reconciliation.

The close collaboration between Call-Control and Order-Control creates a system that can be used in both individual restaurants and branch networks. The seamless data flow, automatic synchronization, and modular structure ensure that orders, production processes, and organizational procedures remain efficient and transparent. The systems are designed to reflect typical restaurant workflows while providing sufficient flexibility for individual requirements.
